You would build the internal systems that take manual work out of running client accounts — reporting, lead routing, campaign operations and anything else that currently eats hours.
What you would do
- Build automations across reporting, lead handling and campaign operations
- Connect data between GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platforms and client CRMs
- Use LLM APIs where they genuinely save time, not for their own sake
- Document what you build so the team can run it without you
- Find the repetitive work across the agency and remove it
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar)
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks and structured data
- Practical understanding of marketing or sales operations
- Able to judge when automation helps and when it adds fragility
