White label Google Ads management for agencies

You sold the client. Now someone has to build the account, work out what GA4 is actually recording, and keep the thing profitable month after month without ever appearing on a call.

That’s the job we take.

What is white label Google Ads management?

White label Google Ads management means a specialist team runs your clients’ paid search campaigns under your agency’s brand. You keep the relationship. Reports carry your logo, the fulfilment partner never joins a client call, and the client never learns another firm was involved. Agencies use it to sell Google Ads without hiring a specialist.

Two things move. The account build and the day-to-day optimisation come to us; the client relationship, the pricing and the margin stay entirely with you. Nothing else changes.

Agencies come to this for one of two reasons. Either they’ve won an account they can’t staff, or they’ve been running Google Ads badly on the side for years and would rather stop. Our white label services for agencies cover the same model across other channels.

How it works, week to week

We start with tracking, before a single ad runs. That means auditing the conversion actions in the Google Ads account and checking what GA4 records against what the client believes it records. Those two rarely match. Then we go through Google Tag Manager looking for tags that fire on the wrong trigger, or never fire at all.

Most accounts we inherit have at least one broken conversion. Some have nothing but page views dressed up as leads.

Then the build. Account structure, keywords mapped to intent, negative keyword lists, and an honest decision about whether Performance Max belongs in the account or is quietly absorbing the budget. Search Partners and the Display Network come off unless there’s a reason to keep them on.

After launch it’s the search terms report, bid adjustments, and the unglamorous work of cutting what doesn’t convert. You can see how we rebuilt a high-cost account if you want the detail.

Reporting reaches you in your branding, on your schedule. You run the client call. We’re a message away if you want a number explained before you get on it.

What does white label Google Ads management cost?

We quote one fixed price for the whole project, agreed before anything starts. It isn’t a percentage of ad spend, and it isn’t hourly. The number holds. It doesn’t climb because the account got busier or a month ran long.

That matters more to an agency than the figure itself. You know your cost on day one, so you can quote your client with a margin you can rely on rather than one you’re guessing at.

Four things shape the quote. How many accounts you’re handing over. What they spend. Whether tracking has to be rebuilt before optimisation means anything at all. And how much reporting you want from us.

You get the number on the first call. If it doesn’t leave you a margin worth having, say so then, and we’ll tell you whether a narrower scope still works or whether you’re better off keeping the account in house.

How do you choose a white label Google Ads partner?

Ask what happens when the account doesn’t work.

Most partners will walk you through their process. Fewer will tell you what they do in month three, when the cost per lead hasn’t moved and your client wants an explanation. Ask that first, and listen for whether the answer contains a number.

Four more worth asking:

Who owns the Google Ads account? If the partner owns it, you can’t leave without losing your client’s entire conversion history.

What happens to tracking if we part ways? Tags installed under someone else’s container can walk out the door with them.

Will you tell me when the budget is too low to work? A partner who takes every account regardless of spend is optimising for their revenue, not your client’s.

Who actually touches the account? Ask for a name, not a team.

There’s also a case for not outsourcing at all. If your client spends $800 a month, most partners’ minimum fee will take the margin and you’ll be managing a relationship for nothing. Run it yourself, or turn the account down.

What we do differently

We open with an audit rather than an onboarding form. Every engagement starts by establishing whether the numbers in the account can be trusted, because optimisation against broken tracking is guesswork with a spreadsheet attached.

Haseeb Hussain has spent 12 years on Google Ads, conversion tracking and technical delivery. Hassan Rashid has spent 5 on lead generation strategy and growth. Between them, GrowVix Lab has managed $907K in ad spend for clients in the US, Canada, the UK and Pakistan.

We work in your client’s account, under your brand, with your name on the reporting. And we’ll tell you when we think an account isn’t worth running. You can read what agencies say about working with us.

Frequently asked questions

Will my client know you’re involved?

No. We don’t join client calls, we don’t email your clients, and nothing we produce carries our name. Reporting goes out in your branding.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

Your client does, or you do. We work inside your manager account as a linked user. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and everything stays where it is: account, history, conversion data, tags.

What does it cost?

One fixed price for the project, agreed up front, rather than a percentage of ad spend or an hourly rate. What shapes it: how many accounts, what they spend, whether tracking needs rebuilding first, and how much reporting you want. You get the number on the first call.

Do you work with agencies outside Pakistan?

Yes. Our clients are in the US, Canada, the UK and Pakistan, and the white label work is built for agencies in English-speaking markets.

What happens if the campaigns don’t perform?

We’ll tell you before you have to ask, and we’ll tell you why. If the problem is the offer or the landing page rather than the account, we’ll say that too, even though it’s not the answer anyone wants in month two.

What do you need from me to start?

The client’s niche, their locations, their budget, and access to the Google Ads account. If tracking has never been set up, say so up front; that changes the first two weeks of work.
